Founded in 2014, the Jacksonville duck race is a signature fundraiser created to help raise funds for local charities that directly effect north Florida. The event, in special thanks to its sponsors, will be held at a location to be announced, 10,000 ducks will race towards the finish line for their adopters chance at a big cash prize. The first 10 places will be awarded prizes. 

The race will be held on September 21st 2014 at adventure landing at Jacksonville beach. The ducks will race down a 200 yard stretch of the lazy river. Race festivities will be happening from 10am - 2pm with the race at 11:30. Besides the race, there will be a food truck village with some of the top trucks from around North Florida, local art and business vendors, family activities, giveaways throughout the event and much more.
